A retired space miner and a hybrid guinea pig have something in common: they’re both fugitives from the twisted justice the “Regents” have imposed on Earth through the “Common Utocracy.” When their paths cross by chance on the surface of Mars, escaping the solar system to achieve their longed-for freedom won’t be so easy, as a deranged fugitive hunter is on their trail.
